By using or accessing the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use VerityOne.

 

1. Use of Services

VerityOne provides advanced AI-driven tools to evaluate factual accuracy, content authenticity, multimedia integrity, and data reliability.
By using VerityOne, you agree to:

2. Beta Disclaimer

VerityOne is currently in its Beta phase. While the Company continually improves performance, accuracy, and stability, the Service may contain experimental features or limited availability.
All functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of Beta features.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property—including but not limited to software, models, logos, content, user interface design, and documentation—belongs to Verity AI Partners, LLC. or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited. Permission for re-use may be granted in writing by the Company.

 

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any materials (text, images, videos, data, etc.) submitted to VerityOne for analysis.
By submitting such content, you grant Verity AI Partners, LLC. a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to analyze and process your data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service.
The Company does not claim intellectual ownership over user-submitted content.

 

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of VerityOne is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard user data.
By accessing VerityOne, you consent to the handling of your information as described in that policy.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verity AI Partners, LLC. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use VerityOne.
This includes, but is not limited to, errors in verification results, data loss, or service interruptions.

VerityOne may include links or integrations with third-party platforms and services.
Verity AI Partners, LLC. is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these external services. Access to third-party sites is at your own discretion and risk.

 

8. Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user access if it determines, in its sole discretion, that these Terms have been violated or the Service has been misused.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

Verity AI Partners, LLC. may revise these Terms periodically to reflect product updates, regulatory compliance, or operational requirements.
All changes will take effect immediately upon publication with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of VerityOne after updates implies acceptance.
